Awful customer service at this store. I was waiting in line on Christmas Eve when the rude associate opened a new line and called the next person in line over, no one else went over, so I did. The associate looks up at me and says "this is the same with all lines. Were you next in line?" I was not, but no one else moved over. I dropped what I was going to buy and left.
I just had the WORST customer experience at your store this evening. The cashier who rang me up was incredibly rude and had absolutely no time for me or any other customers. She was more interested on when her break was going to happen. In fact - after waiting in line for TEN MINUTES - she proceeded to tell the long line of customers behind me that she was closed. That was after she shoved my necklace into a bag with no regard at making sure it didn't get tangled up.
