We just had the most amazing experience. My daughters spotted the only winter coats left in the store, but they were way up high- on display on the models. The *kindest* worker helped us by climbing a ladder and wrangling the displays to get the coats off. She was so joyful and didn’t make us feel bad for asking for such a request. Customer service here sucks taking forever standing in line
I was at the Roseville Old Navy store today. My 22 mo old was sad and hungry so I put her in a sling and nursed her all my shopping trip. From trying on a pair of pants, to asking some employees if they had some child's undies in a different size, to checking out with my purchases. No one batted an eyelash. The cashier I had did - but only to commend me and comment on how beautiful it was to see nursing in public. <3 thanks for the great shopping experience with my kiddo, Old Navy associates!
