Prices are deceiving. Every time I get to the checkout the price is higher than displayed. Picked up 2 children’s shirts today, same table with price of $5 advertised on the upper and lower levels. One rang up as $5. The other $7.95. Even asked the manager. She said she would “do an over ring”. What the heck! The price says $5. She acted like she was doing me a favor. It’s like this ALL the time!

I returned two shirts on July 21st, 2017. I had mixed up the receipt and accidentally left the receipt at home. They told me I would receive a mail certificate in 10 business days. I waited until August 14th to call them again. Once again, they said I would get my mail certificate in 10 days. Low and behold, here it is September 1st and still no mail certificate. Manager NICOLE extremely rude to my disabled nonverbal 8 year old son.
Very disappointed in customer service. After searching several other stores found what we were looking for in your store. However you lost a sale since the only cashier was too interested in casual conversation with someone who had already checked out, and the only other employee went around us to place her lunch on the counter and picked up clothes to put up. Neither had the manners to even acknowledge that we were standing there. Won't be back
