I went to the Old National Nail Spa on December 17, 2022 , I asked for a nail fill in As the nail tech ( Joilly) was doing my nails, I commented that I didnt like the shape of my nails. ****** replied Im not finished!! I said I understand, ** just saying I dont like this shape. She became upset and screamed F&ck It I asked why are you cussing, And I will wait for you to finish but not in this shape)A simple request, She screamed F&ck it you BLACK BIT@H.
