My husband Jeff and I have been coming to Old Monk for the past 7 years and we always return. We started at the original location and now love the one in the Bishop Arts District. Love the environment - people talking, laughing, and just enjoying their time, plus absolutely delicious food! I don't mind that parking is limited, we always find a spot on the street or in their own parking lot. Food is absolutely delicious every single time. Our go-to spot! Everything was great! 1stimer, Fish and Chips was fabulous. Calamari was done perfectly. Our server Kali was amazing and I definitely recommend the el chapo! Atmosphere was cool and easy to get a table and watch sports!
Mini sliders are always a hit here. Food is great. Fish and chips are a hit as well. Great spot to eat.
Usually drinks on "special" are a little lacking. Their $7 martinis on Thursdays were perfect! Food was great!
