I haven't received my deposit. This is against the law in the state of Mississippi with no notice given . The lady in the office was supposed to call me back and never did .No damages was done to my unit when we moved out in July. I have videos and a cleaning receipt. If you are a parent, former tenant like myself don't let them steal your money. Return the $900.
Renting from this property management company was a huge mistake. I rented their new property (Keystone Condos). The property had entrances on both Anchorage Road & West Oxford Loop. This was clearly, & agreeably, for the ease & access of tenants, their guests, & people who needed to work on the property. The cottage I rented was right at the side of Anchorage Road, & the driveway/parking lot to the back of the cottage (intended for private use) was used by the public as a shortcut constantly!
