My experience was below average at the best of times. The only positive Old Mill realty currently has is the price range. As far as the cons go... It HEAVILY outweighs the $100 you're saving in rent. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Here is a list of things you need to know before you move in!! 1. Cleaning out is a nightmare. You're going to have to pay $75, to clean the $10 cheap blinds you have.
