They sent me a bill via text only and the number they sent does not allow replies. No email, no paper bill with a number I could call. Then a minute long message with a beep at the end that I assume means I could leave a message but their message said nothing about leaving a message. The main problem - I did not use them. I used them last year but not this year. They never called about coming out and I sure did not schedule them.
I've been using McDonalds Pumping Service for years. They are very knowledgeable and interested in helping me keep my septic system in great shape. Great service at a great price!
They are amazing. Mr. McDonald always checks on us to make sure we won’t need anything done before he leaves town. Really nice people.
