I recently had a terrible experience with Old Mate Elevators. The workers, or perhaps even the owner, displayed incredibly rude and disrespectful behavior. Encounters with drivers of branded ute more than one were particularly unpleasant. It's disappointing that a company with such visible branding would allow such behavior from its employees. I strongly urge Old Mate Elevators to address the conduct of its workers and strive for a more professional approach.
Jo in the office was amazing to deal with. Super professional and always keeping me updated and Marty the elevator technician was awesome! Knew everything about our lift and an absolute perfectionist to boot. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
