About this business
History Established in 1998. It was a rainy Mother's day in 1998 when we discovered the 75 acres and abandoned farm house at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. With the help of family, friends, and a local grape grower, we soon began working to transform the property into Old House Vineyards. Today, the formerly overgrown alfalfa fields are lush vineyards producing grapes for our award-winning wines. The owners and staff at Old House Vineyards go above and beyond to create the perfect event or a weekend visit. Old House is a picturesque venue for a wedding and the wine is fantastic! Northern Virginia is lucky to claim such a idyllic vineyard.

This was the most beautiful setting for a wedding I have ever seen! My daughter's wedding far exceeded any expectations we could possibly have! Alyson & Pat were wonderful as was the wine! Wish we could do it again!
Love this venue! Especially enjoyed the Chambourcin called Wicked Bottom.
