Called a few times no answer, when finally got someone on told me very dry no more today so guess not very customer service friendly

I just received a haircut from Alex today. This was by far the best haircut I have received in a very long time. Alex took his time and did exactly what I wanted. The shop only had a single chair so not noisy and I didn't feel rushed. He went above and beyond trimming my eyebrows and beard. I will always go here now! I highly recommend Alex!!
