The management is excellent Management staff is very kind and courteous. I live here. And would choose this complex again for sure.
Current Resident I have been a resident at Old Harbor 2 1/2 years. If you do what you are suppose to do you will have no problems. Management has changed hands 4 times in the time that I have been there. The exercise room and laundry are only open during the week 8:00 am to 3:30 pm and that makes using these facilities impossible to use for people who work during the day. Thank you for your review, we are working hard to get things taken care of. The new office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and the exercise and laundry room are now open through the night until we have any issues. Great Place Great place to live!! Maintenance is great and quick to fix issues and office staff is also great! They do not put up with any nonsense. If you follow the rules you will absolutely love it here!!
