I have been going here for a very long time. Doctors are great but an area of improvement is secretaries & nurses not speaking for the doctor unless they are reading from thier notes. I believe this causes conflict. Because it's he said she said. I recently spoke with office manager who was polite and listened to me. No interruptions she quietly listened. Then she spoke on my issue. Some of the staff could show more compassion and understanding as you are representing the office
I was recommended to this practice by my insurance company because I am looking for a new primary doctor. All I will say is the first representation/impression of is a business is the front office. The "OFFICE MANAGER" was very rude, aggressive in tone, and just not a good look!!! When i explained to her thar i felt she was being rude and I would like speak with someone else she hung the phone up in my face. It's the audacity fir me. Recently switch PCP to this practice, what an amazing first experience. Met with the PA B. Bowers, he was informative, knowledgeable and cared about my concerns. It was refreshing to have a medical professional care and have a vested interest in my health. Would definitely recommend!
