I was sold a vehicle under false pretenses, and when I confirmed it to be true they denied any knowledge of the damage that had been done to vehicle in 2 different wrecks less than 30 days bruce refuses to work anything out with us make sure you get a car fax on anything you buy from them
Great experience! We drove down from Chattanooga (Lookout Mtn) to check out a few cars. I bought a Camry for my daughter and she is thrilled! It is so refreshing to do business with someone who is honest and nice. Ruben and Myra are honest and super nice and that is rare these days. My son will need a car in about a year and I will definitely check them out again!
Bought our 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE from Bruce and can honestly say, it was worth the drive to Cartersville. He had no problem letting us take it to a dealer to have it checked out, but since I was able to get the history from Toyota and the $150 the dealer wanted for a cursory inspection (that I could do myself), I passed. WARNING: GET ANY AND ALL PROMISES FROM THEM IN WRITING! I was promised certain things if I'd buy a vehicle from them I was looking at, then after buying the vehicle I was told that they wouldn't honor what they promised me and would have never promised me what they did. That makes them liars and thieves in my opinion. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the vehicle I bought from them actually is a nice vehicle.
Bruce is AWESOME! Always goes above and beyond for his customers :-) Would recommend again.
In addition to quality cars, Exceptional customer service! They really went out of their way to make it happen for a friend of mine! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest car deal!!!
