This is a small business run by 2 brothers in San Jose. I got to meet them both when I went into the store because Pete and Roberto are both hands on in their business, however I've been working with Roberto. I'm redoing my house with LVT floors and after shopping around Roberto gave me a thicker tile / higher quality material and even beat the price of my cheapest set of material I was looking at. Rob does not take responsibility for any flooring quality issue, and he took your money and care you nothing. We spent thousands of money close to 10k here, and encountered quality issue which floors we got are different than the sample. Rob will not give you any money back if you want to return. He will tell you no return as invoice said sales are final. Richard is nice sales guy who are good at lies. He will tell you that return with restocking fee but will never tell you sales are final. He will not help you with return.

Absolutely in love with my hard wood floors. My family and I just moved into a new home that had existing hard wood floors on the first floor. But there was carpeting on the second floor that I wanted to be changed to hardwood. I shopped around and between three different quotes I received, Old Floors was the least expensive!!!!!! Nothing is more overwhelming than trying to pick a floor in a store full of choices. I walked into Old Floors thinking it’ll be another frustrating visit where I end up getting decision paralysis. Robert helped narrow down my choices by asking me what color scheme, plank size, and wood type I like best. He was patient and answered all my questions. Everything went great until a couple of days after I ordered the floor, I also asked for a few matching reducers. It took them over a month to get them. So on one hand they were very professional and nice, but the reducers thing was a bummer. Also, keep in mind they do NOT deliver the floors, that cost me a couple hundred dollars extra to pay someone to do it.
