Sorry to say, when I walk in looking for a particular meat, the answer should be yes or no. The fact that it wasn’t available wasn’t the issue. It’s the way I was told no. I got a response like I had just asked for unicorn meat. Eye roll and a distasteful no. It’s fine that you don’t have certain items, but I don’t need to be made to look stupid for requesting it.

I didn’t know customer service like this still existed. I went in for the first time and had zero clue what I was doing. First off the CUSTOMERS were very kind in helping me know what to do (taking a number and other questions I had) and then the workers were super sweet and accommodating. I live in henderson but I’m willing to make the 30 min drive to buy my meat from here. I didn’t know we still had butcher shops, and I never want to see this one go!! Support local business!
