"I would like to express my deep concern about the condition of the residential complex where I live. It is not suitable for living due to a severe infestation of insects, which has triggered my allergies and caused serious health issues. Moreover, there are no basic services provided, and the maintenance office (or management) is unprofessional, dishonest, and lacks any sense of responsibility. The situation has become unbearable and requires urgent attention."
The complex is full of noise and disturbances, with parties and loud music every night without any respect. Security never responds or takes action. The biggest problem is the property manager, Jackelin Jaimes — a rude and unprofessional person who abuses her power against residents. After a minor car accident outside the complex, she fined me nearly $2,000, blocked me from paying rent, added daily lease violations, and threatened to evict me if I tried to renew the lease. Pues si no tengo manillas no puedo entrar, la oficina cerrada y pues no pude entrar así sin más le dije que le traía mi contrato de renta y que crees?
