I addressed several issues shortly after moving in, all of which were quickly fixed by the handy and friendly maintenance staff.
Do NOT I repeat do NOT consider living here under any circumstances the apartments are really small and overpriced almost 1,000 for a 2 bedroom. Dog poop everywhere and almost no parking. Will definitely move out after lease contract expires.

I had a problem with a pipe under my bathroom sink leaking. They came the same day and not only did they put in new pipes they replaced the whole sink! It was an older sink, but I didn’t ask them to replace it. I was extremely happy!
