Does good work if you can get them to respond to messages no response to left message either by voice mail or contact through website tried for months to get follow up with little sucess
DO NOT RECOMMEND If I could give zero starts i would. I had a first appointment- They didn't show up or call to say why. I left 2 or 3 voicemails after the missed appointment and they went unanswered. I get a random text message a month later asking if I would be available the following day so it seems like someone cancelled and they would hope I was still looking.. Had a service call appointment, was told there were holes in our liner, that it would need to be replaced. When trying to get a quote for a new one or for the photos that were taken to submit for our lifetime warranty, never heard anything back. Left several messages and not once received a return call. Had a second opinion done in the anticipation of needing a new liner to be told that it didn’t need replaced. Called this business, promptly had a return call. Ron looked at the job, estimate in a few days. Him and his assistant, Blake have been on site, two very professional men. The chimney is going up and it looks great. Give them a call
Don't waste your time with these people, came to look at my job and never contacted me again. Very unprofessional!! They could have at least contacted me and said they weren't interested.
