Reported to management about phantom water spots and puddles appearing in the home after rain for eight months. Reported to management for eights months about the house not cooling and heating properly. The management has never fixed anything properly. Ever. Reported issues to City of Novi 1/9/16 because in eight months no maintenance ever addresses the phantom water puddles and wet spots around the home.
