After four years experience with Old Donation, I believe it is the best run place I have ever lived in. From finding our first apartment here, to moving to a better (ground floor) to experiencing a few minor maintenance challenges, the staff has exceeded all expectations. The office is friendly and very professional. Handling the massive "lease agreements" required these days was handled to perfection. I just moved in recently. Maintenance is outstanding! The whole team is outstanding! The office and maintenance staff! The grounds are very well maintained! The neighbors are friendly and I'm so pleased to be here! I will be here two years tomorrow!! It is a pleasure living here! I always tell my friends about the office staff and maintenance staff. You all are the best!!
I feel sorry for my friends and family that live anywhere but Old Donation. They never receive the prompt, professional, friendly, and educational maintenance service we receive. After 50 years of home ownership and 7 years of renting, we have never seen better. Updated 1/21/2025: Our most recent maintenance request was completed on time, professionally, and they went the extra mile.
