I feel sorry for my friends and family that live anywhere but Old Donation. They never receive the prompt, professional, friendly, and educational maintenance service we receive. After 50 years of home ownership and 7 years of renting, we have never seen better. Updated 1/21/2025: Our most recent maintenance request was completed on time, professionally, and they went the extra mile. My Whirlpool stove worked and not worked buttons: broil, pizza, lasagna. and oven did not maintain temper. The wonderful technician checked the wiring {all was connected} / turned the stove on again and everything worked, It needed to be reset, It was like this when I moved in 6 months ago. I never used those services because I had the air fryer for broiling and The Pot for roasting but with Christmas baking I was at a loss.
