Your rent will go up every year and with every lease signing. They site the "housing market" which is completely different than the apartment market. apartments rent. Homes are bought. They are two separate markets. So if you like rent going up almost 2x a year this place is for you.
Dishwasher not cleaning and in two days they had replaced the unit. Service quick and no mess. Thanks
Last summer while visiting a friend who lives here, I received a 2nd degree burn on my arm from brushing up against the BLACK painted front door that bakes all day in the hot sun.... property manager should consider changing to a lighter shade that reflects heat instead of absorbing it. This is an easily fixable solution to prevent such injuries in the future. Who paints doors black anyways??? Seems like a careless or thoughtless decision.
