Dont not rent from this company unless you want to have 750 dollars deducted from your deposit to pay for paint. They will not have a good excuse as to why you were charged for paint even if your move out inspector says your unit looks good at move out. Stay away rent somewhere else. This is not a fair company at all!!!
The property managers, specifically Katie Stephens & Chad Branson are extremely rude and demeaning. You will be treated like scum. They give you 24 hours notice to barge into your house and do inspections. They have no respect that it's actually your home at the time. They are rude when you call in for maintenance or any other questions. These people are completely dishonest — especially this person named Loki. He tried to trick me into doing a job for almost nothing and didn’t want to pay fair value. I only agreed to work with him because he promised to send me more projects in the future. He first sent me photos of the project and offered a price that already didn’t match the real scope of work.
