The staff is amazing! Both my cats have always been well taken care of and Dr. Chow is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
We have only ever had the best care for our animals here. They’re expensive, but not that far out of the norm, and it’s worth it to have happy and healthy pets. Everyone is so caring and sweet; our skittish, afraid of everything dog doesn’t love it, but he doesn’t hate it either because he gets lots and lots of treats. Highly recommend.

The staff is super friendly and non judgemental if your animal is accidentally neglected. For example, most of my cat's teeth had fallen out and I had NO CLUE. Dr Wood assured me it's normal and that my cat is still in good health. I've been elsewhere and over heard the vet tech in the hallway really speaking ill of me. I'm super glad to have found this place!
Caring, professional, courteous, and outstanding customer service!
I was really impressed with Dr. Chow and the team. My 10-year old cat from the SPCA was feral, and is a particularly fearful one. They had a gentle intuitive way of handling her which was much appreciated. Great communicators all around.
