RecommendedDr. Kramer has mainly cared for our dogs but all the staff are very professional and responsive to any concerns I have regarding the health of my 3 dogs. Old Dominion has provided great care to them since they were puppies, the youngest is now 7. Before that they cared for our 3 very senior dogs in their final years, all lived to be near or over 17 years old thanks to their care.
We have seen every vet here at least once, and each and every one is great! I always feel that they are doing the best for my dog, while at the same time being as conservative with treatment as possible. Often giving me immediate or "watch for a day or two" options, with all the info I need to make a decision. Highly recommend!
We are so thankful for Dr. Garrett and the entire team at Old Dominion. They have provided ongoing care for our dog and most recently, showed incredible professionalism, compassion and empathy when we very unexpectedly had to euthanize our cat. We were so touched and appreciate all they did to make that difficult moment a little less painful. Would highly recommend.
This is by far the best veterinary practice I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, and every time I bring in one of my animals Dr. Kramer always asks about the others and remembers details from our previous visits. All of the vets here clearly care for their patients and although it’s a tad more expensive than some, it’s 110% worth it for the top notch care.
They take their time and don’t rush a visit. Great staff that know us when we come in and they all treat our dogs with love and compassion. When you’re doctors cuddled with your dogs and show them love you know they care.

They are do knowledgeable and friendly. They take great pains with my little Chico, and he is so good when he's there. They make sure he's taken care of and they are so thorough with him.
