Creeps. Drove to their old location that's posted above. Called them to see if closing at 5pm since it took me a half hour to get there. Told me still closing at 5. Update all your websites. Creep.
I have shopped at Benjamin Moore and now Ricciardi since 05. Brian and his staff have always been helpful and courteous. I had a color matched and it was perfect. My wife enjoys the details and tips to help her. I will return to purchase more paint as I have for the past 10 years. Brian and his staff must be doing well, they keep them around for a reason! Give them a try, you will see!
i went into ricciardi brothers with my wife to pick out a new color for our basement we are just about to paint, i liked their selection, but as i was chatting with the salesperson he started to get a bit of an attitude with me as i was asking a couple simple questions any home owner would ask. I asked if i could speak to the manager because i had some concerns over a color and wasnt sure on their return policies, and i was shocked to see that the store Manager, Brian, he happened to be just as short with me and flat out rud... read more
