I build custom homes and get cabinets from them often. They are very accommodating and professional. Blaine helped me today and she made sure everything was taken care of.
We worked with Alex on our design. He did an amazing job getting a designed that we liked. We got the rustic hickory and it took about 5 weeks to get here, they were backed ordered at the time. And when I called about them to check in, Joel was on top of it trying to find out what was going on with them. We are in love with our cabinets. Very happy with our end result. Will recommend this company to everyone.
Absolutely wonderful place to work with and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We purchased our original house cabinets from them and returned at a later date for more!
Even though my cabinets were installed 2 1/2 yr.ago, when I recently called to ask a question about a simple need, Brian H. insisted on coming to my house which is 45 minutes away. He quickly took care of the problem with an ingenious idea and even made a couple of minor, unseen adjustments on other doors. His delightful personality, going beyond the call of duty and professional skill is unequaled. Cheers to Old City for employing this quality of service members.
