Somebody should read these reviews from that HOA and lower them!!! Units remain unsold for years because of the unreasonable HOA fees for zero services!!!
The building is brand new with a very appealing exterior design.
Strong modern finishes inside and out. All units (except one) with private parking. Nothing really like it in town in terms of scale, design and layouts of the condos. Many units with generously sized patios. Really a cool looking building whose design is perfectly just a hint askew. I am a condo Realtor- almost everyone loves the look and design of 108 Arch St. condos.
