Honest Review from someone who would NEVER write a review! Worst service ever! They Lost....our order, we had an over two and 1/2 hour wait from beginning to end, Our visit was on a week night!!!! The Manager told us they LOST our order! Offered to pay for appetizer we had ordered an hour before that! We are locals that spend a lot of money at Old Chicago and for the last year the service, food, and wait time has been incredibly terrible and very disappointing.
