My husband and I and two of our kids stopped in during the snowstorm tonight to have dinner. We stood at the hostess table for 10 minutes before turning around and leaving. There was no hostess, but 2 bartenders and one waiter serving the bar area. Not one of them acknowledged us despite looking our way multiple times. Terrible service!! You lost a loyal customer tonight.
My daughter works here and she is awesome so must be good! Seriously, wings are great, I got a great sampler of beer with the Style Flight. Yum!!
Sucks...2 hours for a pizza dinner is ridiculous. All the manager can say is sorry is am working on it. She had tables walking out before they even were spoken to by a server and the manager didn't do a damn thing. New manager needed.....you don't keep seating tables when you only have 4 servers but I guess she is about quantity not quality. Just lost a regular customer.
