I have been there many nights with my clients and or coaching and teaching friends during the summer. OC on 29th always takes care of its customers and the employees are always really friendly. I usually switch off between this one and the one on I-240 but this is the main stay because it is much closer to home. Keep up the great work guys. Oh, and the food is great as well. Can not complain about that!
Pizza is one of my favourite food in Italian cuisine, but since I moved to Nashville I ate good pizza only in Italian Restaurants, but I couldn't find good pizza place like Old Chicago. When I resigned from my job one of our Operations Manager from HQ Texas wanted to meet me and talk about my reason of resignation as I was one of the valuable employee for that company and he offered me to meet in this place. The environment can't be beat...a fabulous location to people watch! Food is outstanding as well! Prices are surprisingly decent for downtown.
Poor Customer Service - Food served cold – Called in a to-go order, told it would be ready in 15 min. When I got there was made to wait about 30. Lasagna was COLD. Their customer comment form at their site is a waste of time. No one responded even though I requested a response. Not even an email. Not the first bad experience here, but it will be my last one as I'm not going back.
Great beer selection and wonderful wood oven pizza
rude server old food – Server was rude and very slow. I received a salad with a rotten apple in it and asked for it to be taken off my bill . 25 percent of the salad had been consumed and the server refused. Had to ask for a manager furthering a bad experience. Been eating here for years and consistently treated rude if there is a problem. I get it that it's bar food, but everyone has their limits on what is acceptable.
Food Poisioning – My husband and I went here to eat. I had the club sandwich and he had Fish and Chips. No sooner did we get home and he became dizzy, then nauseated and Yes he threw up his meal. The next day he contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager named Justin. He explained to Justin what happened and he totally blew off the whole situation. We will never return. We did contact the health department. Run away from the restaurant!!!!
Good place gone bad =( – I am only going to give it 2 stars, it use to be 4 to 5 stars but I been visiting it for nearly 3 years now and it really has started to wear on the quality of food. My gf and I use to love going to old chicago but lately the whole experience has been somewhat disappointing.... Average quality food,poor service.... I hate to say that but last 3 visits have been painful. Until a friend says different I am not going back anytime soon. Sucks because I use to love going there for trivia and pizza.
