I have made Old Cheney Place my home since 2007. The location is great! It's in a nice neighborhood, close to walking trails and SouthPointe. The staff, Erik, Nicki, and Monte are terrific, so friendly and nice! They care about their residents and are very accommodating to your needs. Monte with maintenance is always very responsive and does a great job! I'm happy to call Old Cheney Place my home for the last 19 years! :)
Just moved in a couple months ago and it’s been a breeze the whole way! Nicki was incredibly helpful in the application and move in process. Erik has also been helpful the whole time as well! (He even helped me carry a package to my car that was too heavy for me, thanks Erik!) The apartments are well kept despite the age of the buildings and were very clean and updated!
The people working in the office and very kind. Highly recommend.
I recently moved here from Utah, and Eric and Jaeden really helped make the process much easier and less stressful. They are fantastic, and everyone I’ve interacted with at the office has been truly lovely. I'm so glad to have found a place I can happily call home.
Great place to live. Very quiet neighborhood. OCP staff are always there to awnser questions and take care of you. Maintenance calls are handled quickly and professionally. Thank you to Erik, Kade, & Jaeden for making things so accommodating and welcoming. Keep up the great work guys. You are appreciated!
