I have lived here for a year and I have to say I couldn't be happier! The office staff are amazing, friendly and nice. They keep us residents informed on anything that is going on within the apartment complex. This apartment complex is in a great location, and close to walking trails. They are affordable and spacious. If I have any maintenance issues they are taken care of immediately. Thank you for everything that you do for the residents at Old Cheney Place. I appreciate it!!
I have made Old Cheney Place my home since 2007. The location is great! It's in a nice neighborhood, close to walking trails and SouthPointe. The staff, Erik, Jaeden, and Monte are terrific, so friendly and nice! They care about their residents and are very accommodating to your needs. Monte with maintenance is always very responsive and skilled. I'm happy to call Old Cheney Place my home for the last 17 years! :)
About to start my sixth year at Old Cheney Place! The office staff is very welcoming, and they do a great job keeping the residence up to date. I’ve never lived at a place with a better maintenance staff! Perfect place for my family and I!!

Lived there for 2 years. Overall, very satisfied with my experience. PROS: Good price for what you get. Amazing staff. Maintenance requests are fulfilled extremely fast. The spots in the parking lots are large. The outside area is well taken care of. CONS: The apartments aren't super new, will have flaws when you move in. As long as you document it when you move in, you should be fine. The inside hallways aren't cleaned as often as they probably should be.
