One year in and I just renewed my lease here, a great location in South Lincoln close to shopping, entertainment, and easy access to get out of town. The staff are friendly and fantastic to work with, from the office staff, Erik (Manager), Jaeden and Kade. To Monty and the maintenance staff. I lived here for four years and just recently moved out. Erik and the rest of the management team are all incredible. Maintenance is also great, and they actually fix problems relatively fast. Nice pool and gym, and they always do fun activities for the residents. Love the location as well. Please consider them when looking for an apartment complex!
I’ve lived here since 2020 COVID era. I lived at OCP for 4 years and made it my home. The staff here are amazing, they are understanding, responsive, and helpful. The grounds are always clean and beautiful and the apartments are conveniently located in the city. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone searching for a place to live. Thank you OCP for everything!
I have been living here for the last year in one of the one bedroom apartments and it has been great! Appliances work well, any maintence is done in a timely manner, the office staff is great. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to live!
The management team at this complex was truly exceptional—always clear, kind, and respectful. They handled maintenance and leasing matters with care and were overall great at their jobs. That said, I’m giving 3 stars due to a serious issue: brown recluse spiders. While a summer ant problem was quickly resolved, I had a few sightings of live brown recluses that made me feel unsafe.
