Super Nice Apartment #1: I moved into a pristinely clean apartment. The building and grounds are well kept. The landlord is helpful and great to work with. The area is safe and close to downtown Provo which is awesome. I love the fact that alcohol and smoking are not permitted on the premises. My overall experience was wonderful! ☺️
I first found the Old Chapel Apartments on Airbnb in 2022 (they rent a few different rooms). Both of the rooms that I stayed in were very well-designed and elegant. I tried to rent in early 2023, but there wasn't any availability. Toward the end of 2023, I was finally able to get into an available room and it has been a great home for me for the past 8 months. We lived here for about a year and a half and absolutely loved it. Not only was it a great location, but the apartments themselves were in great condition and the management was incredible. You can tell that they genuinely care about the residents and the property, and they work very hard to keep everything nice. Sam was super helpful and understanding when we had to end our lease early to move out of state, and we were able to find a replacement tenant in less than a month. Unique, adorable apartments. Well maintained. Great management.
It has been a joy living here for the past two years. The only reason why we are leaving is because we're moving to a different state! The apartment itself is clean, and has a beautiful aesthetic. The ground are just as beautiful. We love that it is next to a grocery store, and within walking distance of many places we love to eat! Management has been exceptional - if we ever needed their assistance, response time was usually within the first 24 hours, and fixed just as quickly.
