I absolutely love living in the Old Chapel Apartments. I love the historic nature of the building. It is finished wonderfully and beautifully. I love the historic exposed brick in the interior but yet it was so modern. I love the tall ceilings and windows in my unit. Every unit is cool and unique. I am not sure how they did it, but it is extremely sound proofed and was very quiet to neighbors and any street noise. I've been a renter in Provo for the last 6 years and this has been far and away the best apartment complex I've lived at. The apartments are beautiful and in an incredible location. More importantly though, the management is incredible. They are responsive, professional, and trustworthy. If you're looking for a place to live, there is no better place than Old Chapel.
Super Nice Apartment #1: I moved into a pristinely clean apartment. The building and grounds are well kept. The landlord is helpful and great to work with. The area is safe and close to downtown Provo which is awesome. I love the fact that alcohol and smoking are not permitted on the premises. My overall experience was wonderful! ☺️
I first found the Old Chapel Apartments on Airbnb in 2022 (they rent a few different rooms). Both of the rooms that I stayed in were very well-designed and elegant. I tried to rent in early 2023, but there wasn't any availability. Toward the end of 2023, I was finally able to get into an available room and it has been a great home for me for the past 8 months. We lived here for about a year and a half and absolutely loved it. Not only was it a great location, but the apartments themselves were in great condition and the management was incredible. You can tell that they genuinely care about the residents and the property, and they work very hard to keep everything nice. Sam was super helpful and understanding when we had to end our lease early to move out of state, and we were able to find a replacement tenant in less than a month.
