My experience this time was on par with previous visits. Friendly service has always been a characteristic part of Old Capital. This time it was really good as my scheduled hygienist called out unexpectedly but OC found a vacant spot in 5 minutes with Stacy. She was really good. Informative through out my session and very effervescent. It was my first time seeing Dr, Caruthers and he was pleasant as well. I was concerned initially as I really enjoyed Dr.Lee. Great experience and I don’t like dentist visits LOL. Anna was patient and gentle hygienist. Dr Collins was friendly, thorough and explained everything in detail. Fair prices (paid on own), friendly staff. Definitely won me over.
I went to Old Capital for a second opinion. Dr. Farr reviewed my X-rays (taken by my previous Dentist) and performed a detailed exam. Dr. Farr conclusions far differed than my first Dentists. Dr. Farr's was very pleasant, findings clearly described to me and I felt a level of trust and comfort I did not feel at the previous Dental Office. Thank you Dr. Farr
Finding a new dentist after moving to a new area was intimidating… especially since my “fear” of dentistry began in childhood. I have been seen by two of the dentists so far and am happy to say I have been very pleased with Old Capitol Dentistry.
Had my 1st visit with Dr Farr & Joanne. I was so impressed I’m looking forward to my next visit. Between medications & a bleeding problem I was dreading a unknown. I can recommend them to you who are scared of dentist. The best !
Wow! Everyone at Old Capital Dentistry treated me as if I had been coming there for years, a regular member of the family. Dr. Farr is awesome. Her manner is very professional, yet warm and friendly. I immediately knew why my wife Jenny, who also is a patient of Dr. Farr, was so excited and enthusiastic about her experiences here.
