They have pulled off miracles for us in financing. We have done 5 commercial loans with them. Our first was a bridge loan to close in less than three weeks, then started the refi immediately. Our last was a 10M loan with beyond fantastic terms the we closed in 60 days. Can't say enough good things about David Walls. He has the relationships with the lenders to pull off amazing results.
Paul Peeble and James Eng are the best sources of financing in MF-They’re very knowledgeable. I also love their podcasts- extremely informative.
The guys at Old Capital are not only very experienced with lending and help you get the best terms for your deal but many of them are also actively investing in multifamily. Very important to have an organization like this on your team.
