I love living here! The location is amazing, our apartment really feels like home, and DTN is always so helpful. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, they're here within a half hour. The building is just 5 units so it feels like such a tight knit community!
Wouldn't trust this leasing office with taking care of my pet rock. My feedback: Terrible time here. Just awful. We were lied to about parking while signing the lease. Which leaves me car-less. Which is something important to me. They blamed the city for us being lied too by them! Just terrible. The only alternative is to pay $25 a month for parking miles down the road and they acted like they helped me out. That's about $150+ for the rest of the year for something we were told we should have gotten for free. Also their circ... read more
So far, this has been an absolutely terrible experience. This place is falling apart, I've put in at least 5 work requests since late August and so far none of them have been fixed. The fire alarms are busted and went off at least 10 times in one night, two times the fire department was called out, wasting both the fire department's and our time due to shoddy wiring. The first time, the door to the fire alarm was locked, so we had to wait, in the cold at 4am, for someone from dtn to unlock the door and disable the alarm. The... read more
Fire alarms went off all night, forcing all of us residents outside in the cold. Firefighters wouldn't let us back in until the fire alarms were turned off and of course the people running this place keep that door locked so we waited while a dtn worker took his time getting here to turn the alarm off. To top it all off, about an hour after he turned the alarm off the first time, we were all again awoken to fire alarms blaring and we had to repeat this process all over again and wait for the dtn worker to come unlock the doo... read more
