Are these called lawyers even lawyers they can never ever return a call …. Or give clarification I’ve contacted the BBB and filed a complaint !!! Also hired a lawyer to counter sue ! I am the HOA President. Our HOA contracted with this Law Firm. We are the client. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. We paid them a small retainer for many many years, and I finally had reason to call-upon them for a simple delinquent member collections matter. This Firm dropped the ball so many times, it was pathetic. Failure at keeping us updated was the primary factor/reason for our decision in firing them. Our HOA is working John Halk and was able collect from the deadbeat nonpaying owners. All at no cost to our association! Those owners will pay one way or another. Highly recommend this law firm.
Behold Arizona’s own Brown Law group PLLC, the fearless guardians of suburban conformity and sameness! I can not speak for the entire firm but only about Kelly Oetinger directly. Kelly is quite possibly the worst attorney I have ever run across. She represents our HOA, or did until I finally got her to resign through complaints to the Bar Association. Our HOA was being robbed by unethical board members all while Kelly ran protection for them.
