A friend and and I picked up two new 2015 RMZ 450s and I could not be more happy with the sales and service from the shop. The parts department was able to round me up a used rear rim for the bike and install a paddle tire for me at a reasonable price. I will be back!

I have previously bought parts from this dealership because they are close to me. Every time I go in I am treated by David (parts guy) with a rude I hate my job attitude. I will now drive all the way to Grandview Freedom Cycles where they appreciate my business and are friendly and helpful. Maybe that's why they are so busy in Grandview, and there is never anyone in the Olathe store?
Terrible customer service, employees try to belittle you and act like you know nothing about bikes. I've been in there three different times and it's a different employee acting the same way every time.
I own an Endurance Road Racing team (national championship team btw). Olathe Suzuki and team are a huge part of our success. The dyno work they do gets the absolute most out of my race bikes. They work tirelessly with us so we have reliable machines that win. You want to work with some one that knows how to do it right. They are right here.
I just put a power commander V on my Yamaha Stryker and Adam and the team did the dyno on it. It i running like no other and they were able to almost double the low end horsepower. The bike runs good. I went to them because they had always treated me good in the past with my Boulevard that I purchased from them.
