Lincoln, the Hidden Gem We looked at Toyota, Pontiac, KIV, Jeep, Honda, Chevy, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Subaru, and Mazda. We stopped at Olathe Ford to look at Fords. Yesterday's purchase of our new Navigator was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a vehicle. Connor did a great job! He kept the process moving quickly through all steps. After the purchase, he took time to customize the vehicle to my preferences and show me everything. That evening he brought us a nice bottle of wine and spent another 45 minutes in our driveway with my wife doing exactly the same. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations. The service department has always helped me take care of my Navigators even thought they were not bought there. This year I was able to become a sales customer and trade in for a new one.
