Been here a few times. Have been prompt and courteous every time.
Doctors I have dealt with are great, billing is not. One procedure at Olathe Medical Central produces multiple bills. Olathe Health Physicians sent a $50 bill to collections that I did not know I even had. Lowered my credit score quite a bit. All they had to do was pick up the phone and it would have been paid. Why do I need to fill out all that paperwork if they are not going to simply use the information provided?
I had a bill of 73 dollars, very small amount, and was sent to collections over it. They were sending notices to an address I have no association with and have never had an association with. They had my correct address on file in addition to the wrong one but thought it was fine to ONLY send bills to the wrong one and never tried the correct address before sending to collections.
