Great experience! Randy met us as we drove up, then worked to answer our questions comparing the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee versus a 2014. He then had several vehicles brought around that we could look at to figure out exactly what we wanted. Once we knew, Randy worked extremely hard to find the exact vehicle at a sister dealership. No overt pressure, just honest dialog. Great experience, overall.

Excellent sales staff, I needed to get out in a hurry to make it to work on time and they took whatever measures necessary to help me. This is the second vehicle purchased here but not the last.

Terry Hines was very friendly, courteous, and thoughtful (especially with our kids). His approach was excellent and not intimidating at all. I feel like we recieved a fair deal and I would not hesitate for a second to buy another vehicle from Olathe Dodge and Terry Hines.
Fast, friendly, and was able to get the vehicle from another state by the next day.
I just came in for an oil change, but left with a brand new Dodge Avenger. That is because Randy Hughes was incredible. He explained how we could get a good deal on a new Avenger with the trade in of my Avenger. There was absolutly no pressure. It was just that Randy showed me what options I had and I realized it was the best decision for me. I will definately recommend Randy for anyone looking for a great car and deal, even if they are just going to the grocery store
An easy going experience that I was looking for. The sales and finance guys did an amazing job getting me to the price point I was looking for.
