Dr Orlarte has a GREAT personality and being that we are from out-of-town (2 hr travel one way) takes that inato consideration
From my very first appointment, they have been great. The staff is so friendly and their level of patient care is unmatchable. I was terrified to have my first procedure done because of the horror stories that I read online. Dr. Orlarte and his nurses made me feel so comfortable. The procedure was easy, and the recovery time is not long at all. I recommend this office to anyone. They are fantastic!
Dr. Olarte has done other surgeries on me as well and he is fantastic! Great mannerism and skill. Would definitely recommend to all!

Was referred by my health ins and ER to this office for evaluation of my hand after a bad fall. I was NOT told that the office required the 45 dollar copay and the FULL office visit fee upon making the appointment. They are contracted with my ins!! I was refused treatment ,the office manager would not bill my insurance company for the visit but I had the copay . What happened to patient care ? I spoke to my insurance company who states they can do this but its frowned upon. TERRIBLE ETHICS

Unfortunately, I never met this individual. However, most insurance plans have deductibles and co-pays that need to be met even when contracted.
