Our over a decade old water heater started making a loud booming sound while heating up, it was clearly time for a new one. I called O'Larry Plumbing and they were at my house within half an hour. They assessed and confirmed it was time for a new water heater as well. They explained what my options were and what it would take to replace. Their price was competitive and they had it replaced that day! Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
Isaac is the most conversant tradesman I've ever had the delight of dealing with. He explains in detail what the problem is, works quickly, and does the job right the first time. What he charges per hour is so evenhanded especially considering the quality of work he provides. He is very communicative regarding appointments and punctual. I will always use O'Larry Plumbing. Where do I start?. From start to finish all city plumbing was by far the best experience I have had with any plumbing company. I called O'Larry Plumbing when a pump failed after nearly 12 years. They were able to service the same day and came at 11am when originally estimated after noon. Ken was very professional and efficient. He drained the water in the system leaving no water mess and completed the replacement quickly. Ken demonstrated the working pump and was cleaned up and cleared out in a very timely manner. Highly recommended.
Excellent job! Ken and Mike were awesome. They did a thorough inspection and detected the leak within an hour and had it fixed immediately. I'll be surely reaching out to to them in the future for any plumbing related issues. They lived up to their reputation!
