Lack of communication skills in customer service area. Other personnel too. Had serious problem could not get in touch with the tech that worked on me even though she gave me her direct # , so left an urgent message … NO body ever called me back. Did not and will not ever go back

Dr Ganz is the most knowledgeable doctor on the subject of a rare issue I have called DIV. I am not suffering anymore due to her knowledge. No other doctor could diagnose this for me correctly. I couldn’t recommend her more! Thank you Dr Ganz
