RecommendedProbably best ceviche I've ever had. Red snapper ceviche with a mango sorbet that had some sort of Peruvian pepper in it. So good. Rest of meal was also very well prepared and delicious. Great ambiance. Quieter dining experience than restaurants on Collins, Ocean, Espanola Way, Lincoln. Great experience.
If you are in Miami, do yourself a favor and have a tasting menu at Olas.

Had the testing menu, love the ceviches they were the best ceviches I've ever had and the roasted Cuban pork, a must try place in south beach Miami!
