Michael was wonderful! He showed up when he said he would (early even), and did my bearing re-pack on my camping trailer professionally and quickly (and had all the proper tools to do the job). We also talked about a few future projects I want (or need) to do, and he spent the extra time to review what I was looking for. We'll deal with that later, but he was professional, timely and thorough. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend. Next time I need RV service, there isn't anyone else I'll call.
The second time I used the Ol’ Goat RV Repair and am completely pleased with the results!My full slide wall was not opening bc one slide lock was not releasing on my 2019 Bounder. We tried the owners hot line but was unable to get to a tech. Michael had other connections to trouble shoot the problem. After troubleshooting he found a fray wire deep in the system. Seriously our hero this AM. When your pop top goes crazy and is stuck open…you need help fast. Michael was out by 6am and got it down and secured. We will be using him again for sure.
Michael was great and we did it all while I was in Boston and had my Coachmen Beyond in Public Storage in Las Vegas. He diagnosed the problem, ordered and accepted delivery of the parts, and installed the replacements successfully. Retain him and your problems are solved even if you’re 2500 miles way! I highly recommend him.
We called Ol Goat when our AC went out in Vegas. He was able to come and diagnose the problem. He was able locate one and get it for us the next day. The price for the work was very reasonable and only charged one service call even though he had to come outside of town twice. He checked back with us the next day to ensure everything was working as it should. If I am in Vegas again and have trouble I will definitely call him.
