Very bad customer service, what’s going on with a patient is not their concern. Go somewhere else who can provide excellent service and care you deserve.
I have been under her care for almost a year and I have been Diagnosed with three other problems by other doctors and the whole time yes saying I'm find not doing any thing but referring me to other doctors very non concerning needed my regular meds need to come in pay a copay just a run around and sad customer service will withdraw soon as I can

She was not attentive and had her preconceived ideas of what was wrong. She did not listen, which was very frustrating. Will never return here.
I have been seeing Dr Melnyk for about 18 months and she always treats me like I'm the only patient there. She is a good listener and tries to get to the source of the problem. I highly recommend her.
I never even got to see the Dr. Her nurse practitioner kept trying to play Dr.even though I asked for the Dr not her. I was then sent a letter from them saying that they were firing me as a patient. No problem they are the worst clinic. Then they want to Bill you as they have seen you saying Dr took care of you. That is total bull. Save yourself time and trouble go anywhere else.
Always a positive experience. Listens to patience and recommends the best medical treatment for the medical issue.
Dr Melnyk and her staff are professional. I'm an allogenic bone marrow recipient and continue my primary care with Dr Melnyk. She is always professional and attentive to my special needs. Because of my treatment, she NEVER hesitates to get me in quickly and has NO problem concurring with my other doctors when necessary. That is a RARE trait in the medical field. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Melnyk!
