My wife had chronic neck pain for more than two years. She tried changing pillows and buying more and more new ones. Previous physicians diagnosed an age-related neck bone disease (osteochondrosis) and could suggest no therapy except pain relief. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL & TERRIBLE RUDE, QUICK, DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT, ONLY MONEY! And once you complain about how you were treated, she sends you a letter saying you are no longer welcome to be seen in her office. Look, once you treat me like you did, I'll NEVER WANT TO RETURN. She should put more time into apologizing to the patients she's offended than sending a don't come back letter. Her behavior says a lot about her character as a PERSON & DOCTOR! Dr, Melnyk is a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. She is so friendly and makes you very comfortable. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend her.
She rushes you after having you wait for well past an hour of your actual appointment. She's rude and she doesn't care about your well being. I had other issues to speak to her about but she didn't want to hear that. Never will see her again.
Dr. Melnyk is a wonderful doctor. She has always listened to any concern I have. She has always made me feel comfortable which is very important to me.
She is extremely knowledgeable & thorough. I am a retired nurse & highly recommend her.
The best doctor! I’ve been to many doctors and she is by far the best. Very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and caring. I had issues with sleeping. No other doctor was able to find out what the issue is. Doctor Melnyk saw that I have a deviated septum and referred me to the best specialist. I’m sleeping much better since the surgery. She is also a great listener and will explain things very well. Doctor Melnyk is amazing!
Dr. Melnyk is awesome! She is very knowledgeable as well as connected to the best should you need a specialist. I had bad back pain and she referred me to an awesome back specialist. Now back to normal life. She has treated my Mother, son as well as me.
