Our group of 5 had an excellent dinner at Okra's to cap off a Mother's Day outing. Only a bout a 10 minute wait at 5:00 PM even with the Viking Festival in town. Attentive and pleasant, efficient service. Everyone raved about the food including the Alligator bites and spicy shrimp. Very nice !!
Had a very good and filling fried oyster Po-Boy sandwich with amazing waffle fries. My beau had a chicken and shrimp scampi with thin noodles. Drank a Okra cream sickle drink that was yummy !!Okra sells Abita beer which are from NOLA directly. Will go again when I am in Manassas!!
Very disappointed about our experience last night: It was Cinco de Mayo and literally everywhere was packed and since Mariachis had to close down we to find another place. It was 11:30 and no one was in Okras so we asked them what time they closed and they said 1. The staff gave us extremely dirty looks for being there (didn't even greet us or say hi either).
