I was searching for a company to provide maintenance service for our Generac generator, and found O'Koren on the company's website. I called and scheduled the tune-up for a few days later. How often in this day and age can one say that one has received superior service over and above what one was expecting? Joe provided diagnostic and tune-up services. Joe has been great to work with. We had a GFI breaker connected to our oven intermittently tripping and he was willing to come out and address this as a courtesy since they had installed the panel. He was responsive and courteous, even wearing booties when entering the house, which shows respect for others' property. This was all very much appreciated and goes a long way.
I had an exhaust ceiling fan in the bathroom replaced and I'm very happy with the work that was performed.he was courteous and very nice was in and out and perform the job in an hour which was very nice.would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.
