This last experience was terrible! She acted as though we had never been there before. Lost our information, poor job in cutting him, and had an attitude in conversation. It was extremely weird and concerning. I would NEVER take my dog to her again!! There is something not quite right there.

she was rude, blowing my phone up at 7am and told me my appt was at a different time than agreed on.she cut my dog completely bald after we had a consultation and I told her specifically what I want done. she was rough with him I give her a negative 10!!!!

After!!! Yay Tank finally got his first haircut and everything else those poor groomers deal with. I had to help by holding him down, but that's how we got it done. Gwen (I hope I spelled her name correctly) from okolona pet grooming knew what she was doing! Will be taking him back to her for sure!
Definitely she is The Best both of my Golden Doodles will be going to her there is not doubt in my mind that she doesn't love dogs here is a picture of my Stout he is a small Goldendoddle
